Threw me a bit as well, although he did develop an artillery arm within the Macedonian Army after he was suitably unimpressed by being pelted by the Phokians.

I guessed lucky on that one more by elimination really. Got a few wrong though as didn't know the bodyguards name or the mosaic reference and thought the last a bit odd about the burial.

14/15  :o - I was wrong on number of wives (but right if it was number of weddings!)

A common view is that torsion artillery was invented by engineers working for Philip II (not by him personally of course). How true that is may be open to debate, but it could well be.
