One of our favourites has a new study using a type of analysis which I've not come across before.  Those interested in scientific archaeology might find it interesting as well as the sub-Roman Britain fans.

Yes, amazing isn't it?  Physical anthropology to determine ethnicity.  Who'd have thought someone would come up with a new take on that?  And is it genuinely as precise as DNA?  Perhaps warrants further study to allay my suspicion   But it is interesting to see the various disciplines trying to contribute a different angle on an old question.

(I note that the article speaks of British and European ancestry, so we can at least sidestep arguments about what "ethnicity" means...)
