Major work on Venetian army online

As a spin off from our discussions about Late Medieval/early Renaissance infantry, I came across this.

Mallett and Hale's book is on my second-hand wish list but copies are like hens teeth (and much more expensive). 

Apologies for my enthusiasm - everybody else probably found this ages ago - but to find this freely available was a bit of a shock.
