Indeed, and getting volunteer archaeologists to do it off budget  ;)

The lack of potholes suggests not a lot of traffic and/or a short lifetime to me.

Maybe they've finally finished moving the potholes from Blackburn, Lancashire to the Royal Albert Hall.
