One might be tempted to draft a satirical or scathing piece comparing and contrasting this advice with the accepted or expected norms of today, perhaps with a concentration on those who attend wargaming conventions/shows?

The advice on secret winds and how "your intestines are caught in a windstorm" quite remind me of the effects from some really bad curries consumed at the end of an evening following large quantities of lager...
