The map is of South Wales.  Perhaps, if you subscribe, the Welsh bit is in the remainder of the article?

BTW, couldn't they have found a re-enactor with WotR kit for the picture?  That pastiche 14th century helmet is very unconvincing and the camail could do with a liner  ::)

Given I didn't track down the Welsh bit, it's hard to say.  The introductory bit about the internal conflicts, Cade, ambushing wedding parties and so on seems OK.
