This could be of international significance.  Charles-Edwards considers Man to be a political barometer.  Look and see who currently controls it and you know how well the surrounding nations are doing.

If it is authentic, then we are upgrading our coastal defences, and the next nuclear sub of the blocks, it's ours and stays in home waters!   :o
