I can see quite a few points actually, but none of them seem very sharp... ;D

These were the weapons Trump was sending to Iran to start the uprising of the people. What they sent to Ukraine was expensive, so cuts (no pun) had to be made. Emptying the museums was on a par with reusing the weapons fron the Terracotta Army.

Still, these would look good mounted on the wall in my gaming area, so I will take them off their hands, tarriff free!

Yes. Something that seems to happen painfully frequently overall, though it's not a new phenomenon, given most pre-20th century "archaeology" was essentially tomb-robbing. That's aside from chance finds in fields during ploughing and suchlike.
