Interesting article, Dave.  Modern societies can learn much from studying and understanding the Ancients' ways.  Good to see the lesser known and visited sites like Ek'Balam getting some press.  The unlabeled photo of a ball court is from Ek'Balam.  Authors ought to identify the source of their photos.
