Not really. As I said in my article on shields at Mantineia, at that point the Boiotian League was so dominated by Thebes that it seems likely everyone used the club. At other periods this would not be true.
There is a widespread idea that Thespiai used a crescent moon shield-emblem (https://www.tumblr.com/shadow27/85375679856/clearairturbulence-thespian-warrior) - this is based on coins (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thespiae#/media/File:Thespiae_431-424_BC.jpg), but is highly speculative because AFAIK the crescent isn't actually shown on a coin.
