Looking at Google Maps, the former Astra cinema is just south of the Porta Borsari, which looking at the Roman Verona map at https://italianreflections.wordpress.com/2020/06/22/the-two-gateways-of-verona/ might mean that the building was just outside the city walls, if that makes any difference.

If it's a reoccupation, then that suggests it's the matinee performance
