Bump...
And its lovely!
I have one in 28mm and of course the classic Airfix one. Both used with my 25mm ...
And although I have a 15mm Roman army or two (or more) painted and unpainted, I am not sure what use I would make of a third Roman fort in 15mm.
Of course, if you play likes of TtS, or DBA or DBMM then you could use this model as two camps on opposite table edges in a Roman Civil War game or I suppose in Middle East where perhaps they represented two walled cities where say Palmyrans, Parthians, or Sassanids had taken / occupied one and other was Roman?
And I suppose it could be the classic DBx walled city with two gateways linked to road anywhere in Roman world; for that matter similar in many other rules TtS etc..
Could be talking myself into this but no I have several other 15mm fortifications already and others in 20/28mm.....
CarlL who likes a good fort model....
;D
PS As part of my sales catalogue pitch, I forgot to mention that Imp Dave's 15mm Roman Castle can easily be 'converted' with some add ons to the gateways to become Chinese Imperial forts, like my Hsi-Ku. See my 28mm version in converted mode, (courtesy of paper, card and balsa wood tower add ons).
CarlL
PS I also created an internal ramp for artillery, and Chinese barrack room with help of mdf bases, styrofoam mound or barrack walls, some corrogated card roofing and paper stone work paving!
So if you buy Dave's fort you potentially gain a Roman and a Chinese fort!

Very creative Carl :)
Roll up Roll up come and look at Dave's lovely fort and bung him a few quid: I mean its 2 for 1 when buying (Roman + Chinese = 2) and there's no commission from roving fort maniacs like me.....
CarlL (I was right never to take a job in sales work...)
;D
Blummin eck hasn't this Roman Fort found a new home for Xmas?!
Shame on you Roman gamers out there (and any with Chinese armies too!) this poor fort is all alone and neglected ... well its nude for a starter ....
It needs some tender loving care..
Come on Romans (and others) 'pull yer finger out' ....
CarlL in Centurion mode....
I may have to pay you commission...
