After a short-ish hiatus from the club I found myself playing in a very entertaining Chariot Wars/Biblical game. Interesting why? In place of the usual wide open space on the tabletop we have almost habitually used, we decided to have more terrain on the board and even a large wadi that cut one half of the board into two.

Ho-ho.....
Thanks, part two coming this Friday.
The massed chariots don't sound like they are very effective against Sea Peoples foot in the rules used - so perhaps Robert Drews was right about Sea Peoples v. Chariots.

Maybe historically- not in our game- we need to try out some newer rules but it's extremely hard to get anyone at the club to play anything else- at least in my wee group.
Lovely figs. :)
Especially liked the Trojan chariots. I am sure I recognise the design but can't remember the manufacturer, can you remember??
EDIT: Casting Room Minis? TrojanWars/Mycenians? Found a bookmark to the page.

A mix of Redoubt and Foundry- they mix surprisingly well given the size differential between the two.

Redoubt- I'll check with Matt Boyd who owns the miniatures but I'm quite sure they're ye olde Foundry and Redoubt.
